Last weekend, Tobias and Aleksandra represented Denmark at the World Championships in Youth Latin, which was held in the historic city of Yerevan, Armenia. The championship, which attracted 58 couples from 35 different nations, featured a lot of great dancing from the world’s best young Latin couples.

Tobias and Aleksandra put in a strong performance to finish 14th, just two judges’ marks from a place in the semi-finals for which they deserved based on their performance. But their performance won the hearts of the audience and they received great support from the Armenian home crowd, as well as from their fellow competitors.

This performance follows on from their previous success this year, where they achieved seventh place at the European Championships Youth Latin in Moldova, just one judge’s mark away from a place in the final. These results underline the couple’s consistent level and ability to compete for the top championship spots.

Now Tobias and Aleksandra are looking forward to the World Championships in Youth 10-dance in Kazakhstan, where they have the opportunity to show their strength and perhaps achieve the results they have worked so hard for. With their continued development and dedication, there is no doubt that they will continue to impress on the international stage.

Congratulations on the result. We have collected some impressions from Armenia.
