Nordic Ball was yet another weekend where Bendixen Dans made a significant mark on the floor. The club participated with two pairs, and both delivered top-class results. From the youngest talents to the more experienced dancers, high quality was on display.

🌟 A great performance by Petro & Mariia

Petro and Mariia, both only 8 years old, had an extraordinary tournament and impressed with their versatility and stability. They competed in five rows in both standard and Latin and ended the day with four wins and one podium finish.

Results:

  • 🥇 Juvenile U10 New Coming Star Standard (2 dances)1st place
  • 🥇 Juvenile U10 Rising Stars Standard (3 dances ) – 1st place
  • 🥉 Juvenile U12 Rising Stars Latin (3 dances ) – 3rd place
  • 🥇 Juvenile U10 Rising Stars Latin (3 dances ) – 1st place
  • 🥇 Juvenile U10 Open Latin (4 dances ) – 1st place

Performing at a high level through many rounds in both Standard and Latin – and competing in age groups against significantly older dancers – is something very special, especially at such a young age.

🏆 Double victory for Marcus & Veronika

Marcus and Veronika also participated in this tournament and delivered a strong performance at Nordic Ball with two secure wins.

  • 🥇 U21 Open Standard1st place (in an international field with participating couples from Denmark, Sweden and Iceland)
  • 🥇 Adult U35 Standard1st place

They won all the dances in both rows and thus put an absolutely superb end to their efforts.

A weekend full of development

The Nordic Ball was another clear proof of the strong development of Bendixen Dans – from the youngest dancers to the more experienced couples. The results reflect focused training, joy of dancing and the ability to deliver when it counts. The picture below shows Petro and Mariia with medals and their coach Evgeniia.
