Bendixen Dans Spectacular at Copenhagen Superdance

On September 30, the exclusive dance competition, Copenhagen Superdance, was held in the heart of Copenhagen at the prestigious five-star Copenhagen Marriott Hotel. The event, which included competitions for both ProAm and amateurs, offered an extraordinary experience for participants from all over the world, including Europe and America.

After a day of intense competition, everyone was welcomed to a gala evening of world-class dance performances. This year we had the pleasure of presenting three Danish “Vild med Dans” professionals in the cabaret. Dancers from the Danish Tivoli Ballet Theater also captivated the guests with their elegant ballet performance and invited everyone into the captivating and joyful world of dance. The evening culminated with the Gladiator-format championships, where the audience had a direct influence on the selection of the Copenhagen SuperDance Gladiator Champions of 2023.

Success for senior couples

Two senior couples from Bendixen Dans took part in the two competitions for senior couples. In the first final Stig and Olga unfortunately did not dance up to their best and were placed no. 2. In the second final, however, they had the opportunity for a rematch and won the 1st place. Kim and Solveig danced very well and came 3rd in both finals.

In addition to being a great experience, it was also a perfect warm-up for the upcoming tournaments for the couples. In two weeks, both pairs will participate in the Holland Masters in Rotterdam. Kim & Solveig will dance the world championship for senior 4, and Stig & Olga will dance the big open senior competitions.
